My water has been really cloudy the last few days and I just replaced the filter last night to see if that was the problem it's still cloudy this afternoon help please

Replacing the filter probably contributed to the cloudiness. Cloudy water is a sign of bacterial bloom which is good but means your tank is cycling which is bad/dangerous for your fish so try to do daily water changes.

Water changes, filterfloss, carbon, or a UV Sterilizer should take care of the problem but unless you have extra money laying around a UV should be last resort.

Just watch feeding and use prime along with frequent water changes and it will go away in a week or two. You can also use stress zyme to get the good bacteria going.
