Crushed Coral over Live Sand?

Hi,

I am adding water to my 240 gallon tank as we speak, RO/DI water that is at 1.025 sal. Question: I have about 80 gallons in the tank now and it would be much easier for me to put the Live Sand and Crushed Coral in the tank while I am waiting for the next load of 40 gal from my RO/DI unit. Can I put the Live Sand (Plastic Bagged packaged) in first so that I can distribute it over the bottom, in and around the aquascape of rocks and caves that I have finished? Then put the Crushed Coral over the top of the Live Sand? Does it make a difference which order? I have the Live Sand now (50 lbs) and will not be able to get the Crushed Coral until Wed or Thurs and by then the tank will be full. Easier to disperse the sand everywhere now.....

I would not mix the cc and ls. I would use just one (ls in my case). If you do mix it then you really want to mix it. stir it up so that it's all mixed up
