Cycling tank for the first time

Hi guys I'm cycling my tank for the first time and I have had live rock in for 4 days now and my levels are

pH-7.8
Ammonia-1.0
Nitrite-1.0
Nitrate-5.0

Is this the normal spike I am meant to see or is there something wrong with my tank it's a 10 gallon nano tank

Actually nitrates are at 10

Dont be in a hurry, it will take 3-6 weeks for your tank to cycle, a piece of raw shrimp will help get it started, keep in mind that after it cycles doesn't mean it is ready for fish

Okay yea I'm not gonna add any fish yet. There is some life in there there is this thing that has like little thing that's blue with white stripes and when you go near the tank it sucks itself inside the live rock trying to figure out what it is still haha I'll try get a pic of it
