If it grows a hard shell at it's stem than it is a feather duster which are very common in reef tanks. If the stem remains soft than it is aiptasia.

Sorry what do you mean? How can i tell if its a hard shel at the top since i can't touch it??

Feather Dusters live in a hard tube that is not see-through. It is for this reason they are also called 'tube worms' These tubes can range from dark brown to white. They will pull into the tube at night or when threatened. While aiptasia has a clear stem that is almost see-through. If you have feather dusters it means you have a very healthy tank.
