I'm not sure that's y I'm asking I noticed no heatsinks and no reflectors I didn't think LEDs needed heat sinks tho

I still have no idea what you are asking - what are you trying to accomplish?

I'm trying to find out if the item I listed above is a"plug and play" or does it require anything else. From the research I did they would be able to support corals

Ahhh. It looks to me as if you just need something to mount them to. You don't need reflectors. And the base of the LEDs seems like it might be enough of a heat sink.
