Do I need kore lights?

Hey planted folks!

I'm scaping a 36g bowfront with the following plants:
- Limnophila sessiliflora
- Rotala rotundifolia
- Dwarf sagittaria
- Rotala macrandra
- Ludwigia repens
- Bacopa monnieri
- Ludwigia, narrow leaf
- Blyxa japonica

and I currently have a 6500k 24w and an Aquaflora 24w (slight roseate bulb). Both are T5HO bulbs.

Do I need more lighting? I was thinking of getting an LED strip or two, but wasn't sure if it would be necessary.

Advice on necessity, brand and type of LED lights would be appreciated. Thanks everyone!
