Does this skimmer? w/pics
Does this skimmer look like it is operating properly? It is a turboflotor 1000 with a Rio 600 and a rio 2100 in sump. The two valves are wide open. As some of you may know I have been trying to get this tank running great again. The only thing alive inside is a few hermit crabs and a star fish. I have a thread about the nitrates and how I have been reducing them. So any advice would be appreciated. I am planning on adding a cleanup crew once I get the ntrates down some more. They are down to about 20ppm now.
