Hello,

Okay well I was checking the ph of the water that I'm gonna put my betta fish in but I check the ph and did't know if it was good. The first picture has betta H2O and some stress aloe in it. The other two pictures is purified water from bottles. Please I need to know which is better, before I put him in.

pH is irrelevant IME. Bettas in particular are not picky and can do fine in horrid water conditions (Not that I suggest it!!). That conditioner is fine, but a small bottle of Seachem Prime is much more efficient and lasts a bit longer. You should be just fine.
