Will my Duncan ever develop more heads ?

All I can say is that a couple weeks after updating from t5ho to LED and feeding mysis weekly my colony of 2 heads sprouted 3 more. Now 2 months later they are almost full size. I wish I could say it was lights or feeding but I am not sure. I would say feed them some mysis either way.

Duncan's are one of my favorite corals. They are fun to feed too, I do have to fight off my shrimp though as they head to the duncan to grab an easy meal of mysis after I feed.

Don't feel bad. I've had mine for about a month now and it hasn't grown a new head yet. It almost looks like mine is trying but still hasn't yet.

The best way to get more heads from a duncan is to have perfect water.

I have two that I just bought at one head each about 2-3 months ago and they each have 5 heads now, I havent fed them yet at all either. Just good light and good water and not too much flow and it will do wonders.
