Extreamly cloudy fish tank

I have a 125gal fresh water tank, my fish tank has been cloudy for about 2 and a half months I have tried everything to fix it that I know of. I even left it alone for a month to see if It would fix it self, but no luck I am at the point to just take everything down and restart everything, except for the fish of corse. But new sand, filters, ect. But that is a lot of money. I am not new to keeping fish either but I can figure it out.

i would do daily wc's, and wats ur levels? you prob stirred up all of the stuff in the gravel. wats your filtration?
