Feeding veggies to fish

So I started feeding my fish veggies. So far I've found my fish loves peas. I've read that pleco's love zucchini and I bought some, but my pleco doesnt touch it. I give the zucchini to my platys and they love it. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what else I could try to feed my pleco?

Mine loves broccoli but really only eats the tops not the stems.
