Female betta hurt or infection?

My female betta fish seems to have some white spot on her head but I've kept an eye on it and it doesn't seem to grow like columnaris would. Im not sure what it is maybe another fish bit her? Here's some pics they might not be the best but that's the best I can do

It looks like she scratched it. My betta had a wound in that same spot that he got from scratching his head on a flowerpot I had in his tank. Check to see if there's anything that she could have hurt herself on. My guy kept re-scratching himself until I took the pot out.

True. Also, the picture isn't very clear, but it seems like the scales are removed? If that's the case, as dragon girl said, she most likely scratched herself. Just keep the water changes up to prevent any type of infection or something of the sort. This also happened to my sisters betta. It healed quickly.
