Anyone know anything about fiddler crabs? I've got two that I bought under the impression given by the LFS that they could live completely submereged in fresh water. Which I later found out is not the case. Apparently they need to be in brackish with access to a bit of land. Does anyone know if they will tolerate complete saltwater? If so I was thinking about allowing a bit of rock to poke out of the water for them to hang out on. Thanks for the advice.

Regards,
Ken

Uca crassipes is found in both FW and SW. Honeslty, it is not a great choice for the home aquarium and do best in specially designed habbitats. They do require a dry place outside of the water and should not be kept in a traditional all-water aquarium. They are also prone to escape.
