I was wondering what people think about how many times do you like to turn your tank over a hour I have a 200 gallon tank I am make a saltwater tank out of I am trying to turn about 1500 gallons a hr do you think that's enough and how do you know if your flow or current to strong in tank .

A fish only system will be just fine with 10-20x turnover of the water column.
That said, that doesn't really state filtration needs.

I have a as filtration a eshopps 200 sump with 2 300 micron bags then flows over rock thru a sponge and back up what else do you think I need

Systems over 20 gallons need additional filtration like a protein skimmer to help remove gunk from the water column that can't be removed via water changes due to the simple size of the amount of water we are dealing with.

I like Reef octopus skimmers myself.
