What kind of guppy is this?

I doubt it male guppies have all sort of different patterns on there tail. I've seen this one before and I actually think I might have had him.

Also I have 2 month old guppy fry, how can I tell there gender?

Oh that's very easy male guppies will have ally more colors while females will be dull

I believe it's a yellow cobra guppy if you were looking for something more specific

There still little young but if u look at ur adult females compared to the males there's a drastic different in the coloration and flashiness

When they get old enough, (go see pictures on internet) the fin on their belly is either pointy (male) or rounded (female)

To determine gender the males will have more pointy dorsal fins (bottom front fins) and females will be rounded. Live bearing fish like guppys and mollies can be identified this way. While color can be used in some fish species its not a solid way to determine the sex
