Fish seizure

I just did a water change and my golden algae eater just starting swimming around in circles and now he's laying on his back spasming does anyone know what to do

He's totally stiff and not breathing do you think he's dead

CAE stress out very easily and can pass out or foe suddenly from it leave it be for a little while before you decide it's dead
