Yeah, sorry. I was thinking, for some reason, the question was how to cycle the quickest. I edited my post haha. Your article is good too, wouldn't have even linked that one had I not been confused.

it's probably because I only typed in half words LOL... I have a ten gallon currently that I've had a lot of stress over. I definitely don't care how long it takes to do my 55g because I want it to be right and less stressful for me and my fishies I would love to see them happy and healthy and have them around for a while Thank ya'll so much for your help

The guy who wrote the "tips and tricks" article is an actual scientist and gives a great perspective too. It's a great read in addition to what I wrote up.
