glue in my tank

Ummm...I just got spongbob squarepants today, and I was going to put him in my tank, but first I needed to put his net on and.....ohhhh, s#@t!!!, his arm broke off! Now, can I buy glue at an LFS? What kind/brand will do me best?

Any ideas?

you cna try qurium silicone. you can find that al wal mart
