Gourami have parasite?

I recently bought a paradise gourami (female) at petco a couple weeks ago. I had her in a 8ish gallon tank and moved her into a 20 gallon tank yesterday. She won’t eat food, she will spit it out, and i’ve noticed these spots on her side. Could it be a parasite? Or just scales. Other than not eating and having three spots on her side she seems perfectly fine, she still swims fast and is very energetic. Please help!!

I dont think there is enough there to say if there is an issue.

Did the spots appear after moving the fish into the new tank? Was the fish eating ok in the smaller tank? Is it the same food?

Maybe just stress of the move.

Thank you! The spots have been there for about a week I think and it’s the same food she’s always eaten. She was fine in the smaller tank, you are probably right and it’s just stress.
