I'm new!
We used to keep fish about 10 years ago but were very unsuccessful keeping the fish alive.
A couple of months ago we got set up again - we have a 75l tank and we cycled it and had 2 goldfish. Goldfish were present and happy during cycling process. However one goldfish got very ill over the end of last week (we took him to the fish shop where we bought him). Not sure if he lasted the weekend. They put sick fish in treatment thanks. There were no visible issues with him at all, he wae just floating on his side and had given up. Our water quality is perfect. Our local Aquatics place is highly recommended and reputable.
Because the water was perfect I added some minnows.
Now the other goldfish is skulking around the bottom of the tank and I have a horrible feeling of deja vu.
Why could this be happening? It's so frustrating ?
