How can you tell if a scooter dragonet is healthy

Just not sure if mine is eating enough. He's always active and eats frozen brine/mysis shrimp and I also seed my tank with pods. He's a very active fish

Look at his belly. If he's fat, all is well.

No, they hide in or under rocks generally. They blend in pretty well, just be sure he's still eating because many starve. But if he's eating frozen foods he should be okay.
