How long to lower nitrites

I'm doing a fish in cycle since 2/3. Had first nitrites at 2/24. Every day they are at 2 ppm and I do a 45% water change. Ammonia is 0. All other params are good. This is taking forever!

You're right, it is taking forever!

What's your stock? It should be any day now really, do you have any nitrates? I've found that you're always surprised when the nitrites dropped to 0. It'll happen when you least expect

Im fully stocked. 2 weeks ago I thought I was about done so I added fish. Bad decision obviously
