How to read test strips-nitrates

Hello,
my tank is looking good, clear and I tested water. My numbers look good, however my Question is: how to read a color thats not on the color label. nitrate reading is a brownish pink. Any ideas what that means?

If it's like the test in the pic, I'd guess that you might be at 5 PPM, midway between 0 (brown) and 10 (pink).

But I'm not sure if your brown is darker than the one shown. If you could post a pic of a fresh used test strip and the chart, that would be a big help.
