I.D these snails and worm.

so i got some snails growing in my tanks, still small so its hard to tell what they r.

and also i got some worms in one of my tank, everytime i vac it, i vac up worms, i rember feeding the tank 3 time with blackworm, about 3-6 worm.

and now everytime i vac the tank i keep finding more worms n more.

Looks like common pond snails and possibly tubifex worms. Look for worms popping in and out of little tunnels. It's kind of cool to watch, but they're usually a sign of poor water quality.

I'd remove the pond snails. They have a tendency to take over if you overfeed at all.
 
yeah im going to remove all the pond snails once i catch them.

as for the worm they dont pop out n in at all. only time i see it is when i vac/water change.

i think those worm r left over blackworm that i feed to my fish ... they probly have breed inside the tank. ill take some to my lps n ask them to ID it.
