identification help!

Hello

I purchased a second hand aquarium which I presume had recently been in use. I have now set the tank up with a few fish and plants etc and I've noticed a few worm looking things I have no idea where they came from. I have blind cave tetras and they eat them.. can someone identify and should I be concerned

That's what I thought but didn't think they can live under water..

Yes earthworms, and as young worms they can live under water for a week+
