I've just noticed this white hole on my apisto's head just next to his eye. He is eating and swimming around normally. Is it anything to worry about?

Yes it's a perfect circle like a hole in the dark colours skin and you can see white underneath

The hole is a bit bigger and not such a perfect circle now. How do I treat hole in the head?

You'll need meds for it. Medicated food is good.
