Notice this spot on my L-445

Is this ich. He doesn't seem stresses and is very active. All my other fish look great. The spot is on his front left fin. His left eye looks funny too.

It appears to be a pustule but much larger than what you would see with ich IMO. Plus, ich pustules appear in a much higher frequency.
