I saw this store while i was out biking today, and figured id pop in. It was AMAZING!!! the bettas were all in community tank settings (1 per tank, no less) or in their own personal 5 gallon tanks. the fish were looking great, not the most exotic, but all healthy, plenty of good supplies, and really lovely looking plants. the guy at the store said they had just opened say 2 weeks ago. it is absolutely specttacular.
