Killed ich with salt... how do I remove salt?

I recently treated my empty tank with ~85 degrees and 1 tbsp salt per 5 gallons of water.

Now that it's been 3 weeks, how do I make sure I've removed all of the salt (or enough so my goldfish are fine)?

Here's some info in list form just to make it easier to know the tank conditions:

1) 40 gallon tank
2) 1tbsp salt per 5 gallons of water
3) I've done 2 ~80% water changes
4) No ornaments

just remove it with water changes. It looks like you've already pulled most all of it out, so just keep doing water changes on regular schedule and it'll eventually be all gone.
