I just recently bought the marineland 17" LED clip on lights for my crystal red shrimp tank. The lighting looks really good, but my question is will my plants grow with LED light? Any thoughts would be helpful, thanks

Shrimp like java moss and that should grow... possibly. How many watts is the fixture and what size is your tank? I use LEDs over all three of my planted tanks by the way.

Recently we got a couple Fluval Edge 6g with LED lighting and we have Dwarf Sag, Ambulia, Corkscrew Val, Java Fern Wendilov, Anubia, Boblitus, Water Sprite, and Fissidens Fontanus Moss growing in them all sucessfully.

I recently got a Fluval Spec V for my daughter and have anubias, java fern, java moss, Brazilian penywort, crypt parva and windtii, red tiger lotus, and four leaf clover all growing in it. It's slow growth but nothing is dying. I just haven't used the Marineland clip on lights.
