Light for plants.

I have build a new 55gallon tank. 48x20x13. i was looking at Zoo Med Florasun and Aqueon Flora Max. Which one is better? I have the followings:
Rotala Indica
Ludwigia sp. Red
Dwarf hair grass.
Some kind of Ludwigia
Riccia fluitan
Wisteria
And a few more plants

Ps: i have a 2 bulb lamp fixture and a 48 inch Fluval Eco Bright which is about 75k.
