Light to bright for fish?

So today I did my water change ill post before during and after, but I got 2 pods for my light that are extremely bright, I don't know if fish have a sensitivity to light but just curious, this site won't let me post pictures on mobile cause the picture is too large so here's an imgur link

Ty V, I have about 15 plants coming in soon, probably Wednesday, I just didn't know if light would affect the fish Cause I went blind for about 5 min after looking at the light lol.
