Lighting choices

29 gallon saltwater tank

30.3 inches across

Would like to keep all kinds of corals
Need a lighting system to work for it.
I want LEDs preferably but price is important. I don't want to spend more than 150 total. But if a good led system is too much to supply that would a quad t5ho with moonlight LEDs work?

I'd up your budget just a little bit & go with Taotronics dimmable LEDs.

For a good quality quad T5HO, you're probably going to pay just about as much, and then will have to pay the annual cost (~$75) for bulb replacements.

Thank you for the advice. A lot of people use them seem to like them. Will it work for a 29 gallon. Ill have to get wall anchors. The way my ceiling is I can't anchor from ceiling.

It'll work for your 29...... you can get a nice looking pair of shelf brackets to mount on the wall, and suspend it from the ends of the brackets.
