Lighting help

I'm new to the hobby. I just ordered a 12pk low light plant assortment. The plants include: Cryptocoryne- Red, Bronze, Lutea, Ciliata, Spiralis, Undulata (pinkish), Anubias- Nana, Barteri, Java Fern, Lace Java Fern, Java Moss. Hornwort, Cabomba Purple.
What would be a good lighting system to use?

Would this be any good: eBay - New & used electronics, cars, apparel, collectibles, sporting goods & more at low prices

i have a dual 92 watt (192 watt total) PC like that (coralife) over my 36" tank and i can grow anything i have tried putting in there, so yes i believe that that fixture will be able to grow the plants you have ordered
