New aquarium for figure 8 puffer help

Hello,
Was looking for a 29 gallon aquarium to get a figure 8 puffer and a few bumblebee gobies as tank mates, and came across a 28 gallon jbj nano cube for $150..

Would it be good for them? What else would I need to buy for it?
How much sand would it take for a 2-3" layer?

Personally, I would only put two figure 8 puffers in there. Also two that you get together at the pet store, younger the better... putting them with any other fish is testing fate...

Was only planning on getting one puffer. What equipment do I need to get for the tank besides what it comes with? Oh, and is this tank a good deal for $150?

Planning on 1.05 SG

I currently have a 27g cube (freshwater)
