Hello from Murfreesboro, TN.
We are building our first aquarium, and we have a question or two.
60 gallon tank, gravel bottom. Minimal decorations: a few plastic plants (four on the bottom and one "hanging" from the surface), a cave and a piece of prong coral.
Currently we have 15 glo-fish under actinic light. My wife is visually impaired, and she can sort of see the glowing fish when they are together. I was looking to add something bright and/or dramatic she might be able to see: what do you think of a blue zebra cichlid, an angel fish and a rainbow shark? Everything I've read indicates this is almost like shooting dice: get a fish with the wrong temperament and we could be in a lot of trouble.
Ideas?
