Hi everyone,

I just recieved a large order from saltwaterfish.com, three hours ago, which I am acclimating. No drip, so I'm adding 1 tablespoon of water to every bag (floating in my tank) every ten minutes. It's how I always do it , for three hours, and it's always worked beautifully.

Everything except a fire shrimp and a tiger pistol shrimp looks great. Fire shrimp looks unconscious, pistol shrimp looks worse, I think he's already dead. Is it possible the fire shrimp could still recover?

I'm upset, I've never recieved anything deceased from saltwaterfish.com!!

I don't think that is a good sign. I'd give them a call and let them know whats going on.

I always have a shrimp or some snails die when I order from them, I'm not sure why. They are great w/ replacing guaranteed items and overall customer service so you should not have any more problems. Good luck
