hey, I'm new to this just set up my tank 3days ago, tested my water yesterday and my ammonia is 0.25 what should I do

Your fine as long as it doesn't start creeping up more then that. Have you cycled the aquarium?

Yea 3days ago not put any fish in yet tho, our nitrate is also reading 5.0 and our nitrite is 2.0 is this normal or do we need to do something

With fishless you don't need to do anything bit dose back up. What's the ammonia?
