One of my mollies fry had a deformity in his face

Hello there. One of my molly fry have a deformity in his face. The others are ok but I don't know what to do. It's like a bubble or something like that. Hope you can help me and also I hope is not contagious for my other fish.

At the beginning it was small but it's keep growing, he has lost almost his eye completely

Note: he eats normally and it's playful too with their brothers and sisters

I would euthanise the fish. I dont see it having any quality of life.
