One Otto is much smaller

Hi, have 3 ottos in a cycled 10 gallon tank. One of them is much smaller and paler in color. Worried she’s not getting enough to eat. Feeding algae wafers and various veggies like cucumber, red pepper, squash and romaine lettuce.

I also give them an algae wafer every 2-3 days.
