I don't think there are any pistols that can break glass. Mantis shrimp have the ability to but rarely do. If at all.

Haha we had a really big argument over this not too long ago. I think the only cases of it breaking were the shrimp burrowing to the bottom and hitting the glass where the pressure was highest. You can put eggrate on the bottom of the tank before adding sand and rock to prevent this. But i think it was only the mantis that had that kind of power
