Can anyone ID what these clear white thin tentacles are that constantly move and go longer and shorter in length? I have several of these mostly in pairs all throughout my live rock and seem to come out from tiny holes or crevices in the rock.

Spionid worms - most people consider them a harmless filter feeder. I have seen about 10 in my tank at one time, and think they are kind of cool.

Thanks! Yep, I've googled spionid worms and it is definitely what I have. I don't mind the look of them either, but are they harmless or can they be an issue for corals?
