Possible Ich

I think I'm starting to see some ich like signs on a few of my fish (small white specks on the fins of a buenos aires tetra and a gold gourami. I'd like to treat with heat so I do not have to remove all of the carbon from my filters. I know I need to slowly raise the temp to 86 degrees and keep it there for 10 days. I wanted to give a list of fish in the tank and see if all of the fish will accept the temp rise.

They should do just fine. It might be helpful to add an air stone to deal with the decreased oxygen in the water.
