Possible symbiotic relationship between goby and clownfish

My goby got worms recently and I haven't had time to get medicine for him, but now all of a sudden my clownfish has been swimming close to my goby (which is strange since the goby has attacked him a few times). My goby used to have a lot of worms all over him but now when I look at him it seem he only has 2or3 worms on him I was wondering if this is because maybe the clownfish was eating the worms offheres a photo of the 2
