Power head

So my power head I have inside my tank to circulate water tends too come off. Usually I catch it before it comes all the way off. It's held on the side by 3 suction cups. Is there a better way?

Generally the powerheads that have a magnet holding them in place are of better quality. I have 2x tunze and have never had a problem...

Is there an adaptor for that I can do or whole new power head

Not too sure, I am thinking a new powerhead but i could be wrong, hopefully someone else can clarify?

is it the kind where you can unclip the fan from the suction cup? because you could try new suction cups if you dont want to replace the whole powerhead. or try and find a magnet attachment that will fit

They make magnet attachments for some powerheads, they are a little pricey at about $20-$30 each. I use Koralias which have the magnet and have had zero issues with it.

Depending on what type of flow you have a replacement koralia could be just as much as the magnet add-on.

I believe marinedepot has the magnets you can attach, you should check there first.

+1 on koralia. I sold my ecotechs and bought koralia power heads

I had the same problem i removed the cups and glued a magnet to the plastic you can get the magnets here
K&J Magnetics - Strong Neodymium Magnets, Rare Earth Magnets Or you can use magnets from some old speakers like i did.
