I purchased 35g water storage tank to fill with water from my RO/DI system and I'm wondering if I have to worry about bacteria growth in the tank. I would like to put a powerhead and heater in there to keep the temp the same as my tanks but wouldn't that create a perfect environment for a science project?

Thanks,

I had the same problem. I was using an old 30g tank to store my DI water. When I noticed some problem algae's popping up in the tank I tested the stored water and found that it was high in Nitrite. Now I just make enough water to use weekly.
