cccapt is right...76-78 (though I keep my tank closer to 80) is just fine. Warmer won't hurt as many people cure LR in their garage to keep the smell out of the house. It sounds like you have the right idea though.

Ok I managed to get some LR from someone who torn down a tank.
Its basically 4 pieces of purple fiji rocks. I put some of my BR in there with the LR cuz i want the coraline to spread.
What lighting conditions should I use?
