Rain water???

I have tropical fish tank for nearly a year now and I use rain water instead of water from the tap. I live in Ireland my fish seem to be thriving on the rain water I have checked its parameters and they are neutral like ph is 6.9 according to digital ph scale and the others one said 7 so. The rain is from water containers from my back garden as I am in Ireland I allow the water to come to room temperature before adding to my tank. In the tank : :02 blood/red parrots 2 Oscars 3 clown loaches and 5 corries

some exotic breeder use rainwater exclusively. Do you buffer your water at all? What is the KH & GH? Sounds good though.
