Safe greens?

My large mystery snail and my Clown Loaches (so far all compatible) like spinach. Are bok choy and yu choy greens safe for them to eat?

I would lean more towards broccoli , green leaf lettuce , pea's be sure there the organics as some pesticides can be used on the others ,

I've read that bok choy is great for marine critters. Not familiar with yu choy.
