Shedding?

I've had about 50 stalks of Xenia for a little more than two weeks. Over those two weeks, I've noticed that a couple of the heads of the stalks have had translucent duplicates of the heads hanging off. They seem fine. Not sure what this i though. Any knowledge would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
